BMCO Industries, Inc. was founded in 1973 and operated under the name BM Millwrights, Inc. until 1982. The present name was adopted to reflect the growing scope of company involvement in the process of design, engineering, fabricating, and installing conveying systems of quality and functionality which rapidly pay back the initial cost. Because our roots are in contract mechanical installation, we recognized that it was better to properly design and build the conveyor in the factory than it was to redesign and rebuild it in the customer's plant.

As the company grew, it acquired additional space and machinery, now occupying 40,000 square feet in an historical industrial park in Cranston, Rhode Island with enough available space to erect and test every conveyor before it is shipped.
